Welcome to FlashMA Technology Private Limited (“FlashMA Technology”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website (https://flashmatechnology.com), our social media management application FlashMA SocialHub (https://flashmatechnology.com/socialhub), or any of our software products and digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

FlashMA Technology provides website design and development, mobile application development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), digital marketing, AI automation, and proprietary software platforms including FlashMA SocialHub, FlashCRM, FlashHomes, FlashMS, FlashLeadGeneration, and BulkMailer.

2. Authorized Account Access & Security

• Access to administrative portals such as FlashMA SocialHub is restricted to authorized personnel of FlashMA Technology and designated workspace users.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their assigned role (Super Admin, Admin, Editor, or Viewer).
• Any suspected unauthorized access or security incident must be reported immediately to info@flashmatechnology.com.

3. Social Media Integration & Third-Party Platform Compliance

When connecting or managing social media channels (such as Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts) through FlashMA SocialHub:

• You represent and warrant that you have full administrative authority to link and manage the designated Facebook Page and Instagram Professional account.
• All content drafted, scheduled, or managed through FlashMA SocialHub must comply with the Meta Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use, and Meta Platform Terms.
• Users may disconnect linked social accounts at any time through the Social Accounts dashboard or via Facebook Business Integrations settings.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our website, APIs, or applications to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Publish or transmit unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to probe, scan, bypass authentication, or test the vulnerability of our servers, databases, or OAuth endpoints.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, software source code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary platforms (including FlashMA SocialHub, FlashCRM, FlashHomes, FlashMS, FlashLeadGeneration, and BulkMailer) are the intellectual property of FlashMA Technology Private Limited unless otherwise specified in a written client agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlashMA Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from third-party API outages (including Meta Graph API downtime), telecommunications interruptions, or unauthorized use of your credentials.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
