- Technical & Audit Logs: IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps recorded in our administrative security audit trail to prevent unauthorized access.
2. How We Use Information & Meta Platform Data
We use collected information strictly for legitimate business and operational purposes:
- To respond to client inquiries, prepare service quotations, and deliver web development, mobile application, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- To authenticate authorized administrators and manage official social media channels through FlashMA SocialHub using the Meta Graph API and Instagram Graph API.
- To maintain system security, enforce role-based access controls (RBAC), and comply with legal obligations.
Strict Non-Sale & Non-Misuse Commitment: FlashMA Technology never sells, rents, or trades user data or Meta Platform Data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers. OAuth tokens and social account metadata are never exposed in client-side browser code, URLs, or public logs.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information:
- Encryption at Rest: All Meta OAuth access tokens stored in FlashMA SocialHub are encrypted at rest in our database using AES-256 encryption.
- Encryption in Transit: All communication between browsers, our servers, and Meta Graph API endpoints is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS/TLS.
- Least-Privilege Access: We request only the minimum OAuth scopes required for authorized functionality and restrict administrative actions via strict role-based policies.
4. Data Retention, Disconnection & User Data Deletion Instructions
We retain account and integration data only for as long as an integration remains active or as required to provide requested services. You may disconnect and delete your stored social integration data at any time through any of the following methods:
- Instant Self-Service Disconnection in FlashMA SocialHub: Log into FlashMA SocialHub → Social Accounts and click Disconnect Meta (or Disconnect on an individual channel). This immediately purges all locally stored encrypted OAuth tokens and resets the connection status.
- Revoking App Authorization via Facebook: Visit your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, locate FlashMA SocialHub, and click Remove.
- Direct Data Deletion Request: Send an email to info@flashmatechnology.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will permanently delete all associated personal or account records within 7 business days and confirm completion by email.
